Arzu P. Molubhoy is Chief Financial Officer of Carrollton, TX-based Atlantic Hotels Group Ltd., a rapidly expanding hotel owner and operator with interests throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. The daughter of Perry Molubhoy who founded the Company with his brother in 2000, she oversees accounting and finance for Atlantic Hotels Group’s portfolio, both on the operation and construction sides. In addition to controlling the day-to-day accounting operations, she also builds long-term creative financing.
Before joining the Company in 2012 as a member of the Executive Board, Arzu earned her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration with concentrations in business administration and corporate law.
Arzu was recently appointed as a member of the Executive Board for Cornell University’s Dean’s Council for Young Alumni, making her the youngest member in the history of the council.
She is also a member of the Franchise Advisory Council for the Board of Directors for Marriott International, the Vice Chairman of the Emerging Leaders Network (ELN) Board of Directors for InterContinental Hotels Group, member of the Executive Board for the Cornell Alumni Association of North Texas (CAANT), member of the Greater Dallas Asian Chamber of Commerce, the Executive Board of the Pakistani Society of North Texas, the Alumni Board of Directors for the Episcopal School of Dallas, and new President of the Cornell Hotel Society – North Texas Chapter. In addition, she volunteers with the Aga Khan Education Board to encourage educational pursuit and the value of a college education among Dallas’ youth.
