Atlantic Hotels Group and Civitas Capital Group have just announced closing of financing for two new hotels in McKinney. The hotels, a 129-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott and a 107-room Home2 Suites by Hilton, will open in Winter of 2017.

The location of the new hotels is exciting due to the rapid growth of McKinney, which was named the #1 Best Place to Live in America by CNN Money in 2014.
