Alum Hosts the Cornell Hotel Society’s First Mixer in Dallas
Our very own Arzu Molubhoy, CFO at Atlantic Hotels Group and Cornell Alum, hosted the first mixer for the Cornell Hotel Society in Dallas. The event took place as a reception shortly after the Dallas Hotel Conference. Arzu serves as the Vice President and Treasurer of the North Texas chapter of the Cornell Hotel Society (CHS). The event was a great success with over 200 hospitality executives in attendance.
“It was a thrill for me to have the turnout of such a ‘who’s who’ in our industry to support our chapter’s first gathering,” says Molubhoy.
Arzu organized the North Texas chapter event in Dallas to revive the chapter, resulting in one of the largest turn-outs CHS has seen in recent years.
According to IHG Owners Association Chair and President, Chief Operating Officer of Expotel Hospitality Kerry Ranson, “We are continually inspired by the positivity and fresh leadership Arzu brings to our industry, and we know we will continue to see great things from her, particularly with her active role as a member of our Emerging Leaders Council.” The ELC represents IHG ® hotel owners age 40 and under, who come together to develop innovative ideas and represent the interests of this generation.
