North Texas is booming with big names making the move to The Colony and Frisco areas. Nebraska Furniture Mart: Texas has recently opened its doors, with others like Toyota soon to follow.

Today, Atlantic Hotels broke ground on their first hotel development inside the NFM Grandscape: a brand new 115-room, six-story structural steel Hampton Inn and Suites. This hotel boasts the latest version of the Hilton/Hampton Forever Young design, and will be geared to today’s modern Millennial travelers.

Next to The Hampton Inn and Suites, Atlantic will also be launching a 126-room Homewood Suites by Hilton as phase II of the hotel development. Both properties will cater to the needs of both transient and extended stay customers without compromising on quality or comfort. “We are extremely excited to be developing for Hilton inside Grandscape,” said Perry Molubhoy, Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Hotels Group. “We look forward to providing The Colony and our customers with a luxurious, quality product that will make them always coming back for more – a home away from home.”
