With Love Field passenger traffic up more than 40%, developers are scrambling to provide more hotel rooms in the area around Dallas’ airport. Atlantic Hotels Group is set to build a 244-room combination Aloft and Element hotel on Mockingbird Lane, just west of Love Field.

The $40 million project will wrap up in 2016, providing contemporary luxury comfort for business travelers.
