We have exciting news! On February 25th, Atlantic Hotels Group along with their partners Civitas Capital Group and local officials, had the groundbreaking ceremony for a new Residence Inn Hotel in the Southwest Dallas, Oak Cliff area.

The new development will be a 103-room upscale all-suite hotel that is centrally located to a number of local attractions, including Historic Oak Cliff, the Bishops Arts District, and downtown Dallas.

The hotel is scheduled to open in mid-2017 and be part of the The Canyon development in Oak Cliff, which will be bringing a full range of commercial, residential, and recreational development to the area.
